This guideline shows you how to use Kahoot to participate in the Quiz

• Receive the Link: Your quiz host will share a Kahoot link with you. 
• Open the Link: Click on the link provided to you. 
• Enter Game PIN: If prompted, enter the Game PIN shared by your or quiz host. 
• Enter your name: The name must be as following 

Tsukuba student: UT_XXXXXXX       

instead of xx enter your Student ID number) 

Ohio student:          OSU_XXXXXXX   

(instead of xx enter your Student ID number) 

For example, if you are a student from Tsukuba and have Student ID “202000000”, your name must be “UT_202000000" 

(The correct name is important to identify the winners.)

• Join the Game: Click “OK, go!” to join the game lobby.
• Wait for Start: Wait for your or quiz host to start the game. 
• Answer Questions: Read each question carefully and select the correct answer on your device. 
• Follow the Pace: Answer each question within the time limit. 
• Check Leaderboard: After each question, check your position on the leaderboard. 
• Complete the Quiz: Continue until all questions are answered and the final scores of the day are displayed. 

Please note that there are some administrative requirements to win the prize of the Quiz. 
Results of the 3 days will be averaged, then we will contact those with the highest scores to confrim the administrative requirements.
