Be an exhibitor and have your own virtual booth in the festival.
We will contact the exhibitor with information on how to set up their booth in the festival.
Exhibitors can setup an asynchronous booth which visitors can visit at any time, or a synchronous booth which target real time interaction with the visitors during the live event time.
Exhibitors are welcome from the University of Tsukuba and Ohio State University. Clubs and student groups, as well as individuals, are welcome to apply.
Exhibitor recruitment has been closed.
We will share a link to the online event URL near the actual date.
The tool we are using is called remo. It can run on your browser, using a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone!
